Permanent role:
Quantity Surveyor.
An opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor to join a well‑established groundworks contractor with a turnover of £40m to help expand the business following sustained growth with multiple projects currently ongoing.
Duties- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
- Monitor project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Provide accurate financial reporting and cost forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
- All other daily tasks performed by a quantity surveyor.
- Experience as a quantity surveyor in residential groundworks / infrastructure.
- Commutable around West Midlands area.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and quantity surveying software.
- Up to £70,000 p.a (DOE).
- Car allowance / company car.
- Paid holidays – 25 days plus bank holidays.
