The Construction Index Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial aspects of development sites, ensuring budgets are controlled and targets met. The role reports to the Commercial Manager and involves travel to development sites within the divisional area.
You will draft budgets, manage valuations, handle subcontract payments, and support land appraisals with take-offs. A CSCS card and experience in residential construction are preferred.
