EKFB is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team. Based in Milton Keynes, with frequent travel to sites across Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire, the role involves leading a small team at times and delivering variation accounts, cost monitoring, and contract valuations.
You will prepare interim and final valuations, issue subcontract payments, and provide contractual guidance to ensure compliance with the contract obligations.
