EKFB is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the route-wide Commercial team. The role is based in Milton Keynes with frequent travel to Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire sites.
The successful candidate will prepare variation accounts, monitor cost against targets, and manage interim and final valuations and subcontract accounts, while offering contractual advice and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
