Bellway in Milton Keynes is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of residential developments. The role covers budgets, valuations and cost control, reporting to the Commercial Manager, and coordinating with site teams and external contractors.
The ideal candidate will have experience with a residential house builder, GCSE English and Maths, and a CSCS card (desirable). The role is office-based with site travel and DBS checks may apply.
