Assistant Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity fo an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join us on a major project in Bedfordshire.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience on a prestigious high‑valueprojects, working alongside experienced commercial professionals in a supportive environment that encourages learning and progression.

• Supporting the commercial management of projects from pre‑construction through to completion
• Assisting with procurement, subcontractor engagement and cost control activities
• Preparing valuations, cost reports and forecasts under guidance
• Supporting the management of variations and change control
• Assisting with the preparation and agreement of final accounts
  
  Working collaboratively with site, commercial, design and supply chain teams
• Ensuring commercial processes align with company procedures and best practice

• Experience in an Assistant Quantity Surveyor role or a relevant construction/commercial role
• A degree or working towards a qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience on construction projects is beneficial but not essential
