What the role involves- Managing multiple Mechanical & Electrical construction projects nationwide.
- Leading site teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
- Coordinating labour, materials and plant.
- Report to senior management.
- Monitoring project progress.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction.
- Previous experience delivering Mechanical & Electrical projects.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- This is a nationwide role, so you'll need to be based within approximately one hour of Milton Keynes and be happy travelling to sites across the country.
- Accommodation and expenses are fully covered when working away.
