The Role You will join a busy preconstruction team working on a mix of new build, refurbishment, alteration and fit-out projects up to £20m. Work spans multiple sectors including Education, Healthcare, Community, Industrial, Leisure & Retail and Commercial Buildings.
Working hours:
8.30am 5pm with 1 hour for lunch. Responsibilities Preparing cost plans, tenders and estimates Leading the estimating process across multiple projects Working closely with design, commercial and operational teams Liaising with supply chain partners to secure competitive pricing Supporting junior team members where required About You Experienced Estimator within the construction industry Background working for a main contractor on new build or refurbishment schemes Self-directed, organised and highly motivated Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong team player with good communication skills Locations Considered:
Hertfordshire / Bedfordshire / Cambridgeshire / Northamptonshire / Buckinghamshire
