Position: Building Surveyor: New Build & Major Works (Market Forces Supplement)

North East Combined Authority is advertising an exciting Building Surveyor role in the New Build and Major Works Team. The post offers a salary of £43,149 per annum with a temporary Market Forces Supplement of £3,418 per annum to reflect current market conditions.

The successful candidate will produce job packages and cost estimates for new build and planned maintenance, manage reactive repairs, oversee minor works, and liaise with subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery while
