Senior Site Manager
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and trades effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, RAMS, site rules and project requirements.
- Promote and maintain a strong Health & Safety culture on site.
- Monitor progress, quality, programme and site standards.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, client and subcontractors to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
- Previous MOD experience is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager/Site Manager.
- SMSTS Black Card – essential.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, RAMS and safe systems of work.
- Previous MOD experience – highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Reliable, proactive and safety-focused
