Job Overview

As a member of the Visual Communications team, you will be a central hub to manage all phases of media production from concept through delivery. You will work closely with Project Leads, Creative Directors, Media Designers/Editors and Project Managers to bring bold, innovative ideas to life through compelling, on‑brand, motion graphics and visuals.

Role & Responsibilities End‑to‑End Project Ownership
  • Manages projects end‑to‑end, liaises between creative, media production and technical teams.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent media projects from intake and scoping to delivery and archive.
  • Assist the media team in translating briefs into clear project plans, schedules and assist on input resourcing requirements.
  • Liaise milestone alignment in terms of schedule from creative team to media editing design team (including written brief, concept approvals, animatics, rough cuts, final cuts, and final delivery).
  • Maintain a single source of truth for status, risks, decisions and dependencies.
  • Cross‑functional

    Collaboration:

    Engage with internal stakeholders to understand design briefs, production schedules, clarify requirements/technical specifications and ensure alignment with expectations. Participates in production meetings providing status reports, informing the team of critical events and communicating efficiently with department supervisors, creative leadership, project managers and clients.
  • Creative – Technical Liaison & Communication:
    Maintain strong communication with creative design, sea production and project management teams to understand deadlines and schedule changes; and implement agreed‑upon action plans.
  • Serves as the go‑to link between Creative Directors/Designers and Media Editors, Animators and technical team.
  • Facilitate reviews and approvals, ensuring feedback is structured, time‑boxed and version‑controlled.
  • Align expectations with stakeholders via clear agendas, notes and follow‑ups.
  • Asset tracking:
    Manage assets between in‑house team and contractors.
  • Quality Control:
