Job Title: Media Production Supervisor

Working Hours: Normal office hours 09:30 to 17:30 Monday – Thursday 09:30 to 17:00 Friday

Place of Work: UK HQ, Mill Court, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK12 5EU
(3 days a week | WFH 2 days per week)

Other: This position is offered as a long‑term, project‑based role with an initial duration of six (6) months, with potential for renewal or expansion beyond the initial term based on project needs, performance, and organizational priorities.

JOB OVERVIEW

As a member of the Visual Communications team, you will be a central hub to manage all phases of media production from concept through delivery. You will work closely with Project Leads, Creative Directors, Media Designers/Editors, Project Managers to bring bold, innovative ideas to life through compelling, on‑brand, motion graphics and visuals.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Manages projects end‑to‑end, liaises between creative, media production, and technical teams.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent media projects from intake and scoping to delivery and archive.
  • Assist the media team in translating briefs into clear project plans, schedules, and assist on input resourcing requirements.
  • Liaise milestone alignment in terms of schedule from creative team to media editing design team (including written brief, concept approvals, animatics, rough cuts, final cuts, and final delivery).
  • Maintain a single source of truth for status, risks, decisions, and dependencies.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand design briefs, production schedules, clarify requirements/technical specifications, ensure alignment with expectations. Participates in production meetings providing status reports, informing the team of critical events, and communicating efficiently with department supervisors, creative leadership, project managers and clients.
  • Maintain strong communication with creative design, sea production and project management teams to understand deadlines and schedule changes; and implement agreed‑upon action plans.
  • Serves as the go‑to link between Creative Directors/Designers and Media Editors, Animators, and technical team.
  • Facilitate reviews and approvals, ensuring feedback is structured, time‑boxed, and version‑controlled.
  • Align expectations with stakeholders via clear agendas, notes, and follow‑ups.
  • Manage assets between in‑house team, and contractors.

    Conduct quality checks on final deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project guidelines before distribution or implementation.
  • Ensure conformance with brand standards.
  • Responsible for managing administrative tasks, including pre‑and post‑production paperwork and updating the department's cloud‑based project files.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years professional production management experience either in a creative agency or production company; or as part of an in-house design team.
  • Proven experience managing timelines, priorities, and expectations across various communication platforms and stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated experience in design management, theatrical, theme park, cruise ship, or other media related design/production industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong leadership and proactive problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with client‑facing capabilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams.
  • Software knowledge:
    Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, Apple Keynote, MS Office, MS Outlook.
