Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Advisor to join our OMODA & Jaecoo dealership in Milton Keynes. Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consult them on their vehicles, answering any questions or queries they may have.
Responsibilities- Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done
- Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
- Booking vehicles into the workshop
- Achieving set performance targets by upselling products
- Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines
This position is offered on a Full-time permanent basis, 46.33 hour working week Monday Friday & 1 in 4 Saturdays, £30,000 basic salary and an OTE of £34,000 reporting to the Aftersales Manager.
Qualifications / Skills- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Great attention to detail
- A background in customer service would be highly advantageous
- Experience using computer software systems
