About this Role

As a Service Co Ordinator within Dawsongroup Energy Solutions, you will act as the central point of contact between customers, engineers, and service partners. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role is essential in keeping service activity organised, responsive, and delivered to a high standard.

  • Coordinating engineer workloads, service visits, access arrangements, and supporting logistics

  • Monitoring schedules, prioritise urgent requests, and adapt plans to meet changing operational needs

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer service enquiries, resolving non technical issues and escalating where required

  • Maintaining accurate service records, job data, and customer communications across internal systems

About You

You are organised, detail focused, and confident communicating with a wide range of people. You take pride in delivering a professional service and enjoy working in a fast paced operational environment.

  • GCSEs and A Levels or equivalent

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent literacy and numeracy

  • High level of administration skills with strong attention to detail

  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Experience with in asset rental, renewable energy, construction, or plant environments

  • Able to learn quickly and support new processes with a positive and flexible approach
