Customer Service Manager

We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Milton Keynes team and support customers across email, live chat, and phone.

• Providing clear, professional support to customers across multiple channels
• Delivering exceptional written communication that reflects our brand values
• Confidently handling inbound customer calls when needed
• Resolving queries related to orders, deliveries, and products
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer journeys

• Confidence speaking to customers on the phone
• A customer-first, solutions-focused mindset
• Interest in fitness, e-commerce, or retail environments
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, office-based role

• Experience using Gorgias, Shopify, or stock management systems

• Salary c.£30k (dependent on experience)
• Office-based role in Milton Keynes
