Customer Success Manager – Microsoft
Location:
Milton Keynes - Hybrid This role follows a non‑negotiable 3‑day hybrid working pattern. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Milton Keynes office.
About the Job We’re currently looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our Microsoft team. Driving customer growth, retention, and long-term value, you’ll work closely with Ingram Micro’s cloud customers and vendor partners to build strong, strategic relationships and maximise account potential. This role is ideal for someone with experience in account management, customer success, or sales who enjoys taking ownership of relationships, developing account strategies, and delivering measurable growth.
Microsoft knowledge would be a strong advantage. However, if you have similar cloud experience, have worked closely with vendors, or are looking to deepen your Microsoft knowledge across a broad and evolving range of products and solutions, this could be a great next step for you.
What you can expect to be getting up to as a Customer Success Manager:
Serving as the primary point of contact and Microsoft cloud specialist for your customer base Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers
Developing and executing account strategies to drive Microsoft cloud growth and retention
Managing the full subscription lifecycle, including renewals, retention, and upsell opportunities
Collaborating with internal teams and Microsoft stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience
Acting as the voice of the customer, sharing insight to improve retention, growth, and overall service delivery
In order to set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience
Experience in customer success, account management, or sales within a customer-facing environment
A strong interest in learning and developing knowledge across Microsoft cloud products and solutions, with the ability to quickly understand and apply this in a customer-focused environment
Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts, with a focus on retention and recurring revenue
Natural relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
A commercially minded approach, with the ability to identify and drive growth opportunities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal
