Customer Service Advisor

Location: Milton Keynes or Crick

This role follows a hybrid working pattern, with 3 days per week based in either our Milton Keynes or Crick office. Candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance of their chosen location.

We’re currently looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team and help deliver a smooth, positive experience for our customers.

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting queries via phone and email
• Manage queries in line with departmental SLAs, ensuring all requests are handled within agreed time frames
• Issue returns and requests in line with company and vendor guidelines
• Support logistics and order-related queries, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Take ownership of queries and see them through to completion
• Work closely with other teams to find the best outcome for the customer
• Keep customers updated and deliver a positive, consistent experience

• Previous experience in a customer-facing, logistics, retail or similar role
• Experience using ticketing systems, or ability to quickly learn new systems
• Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face to face
• Good organisation and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• A willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvements
