Role Description

Role OverviewAs a Customer Engagement Executive, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners who have expressed interest in renewable energy solutions. Your primary responsibility is to engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our Energy Consultants. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with people, have strong communication skills, and are looking to develop a career within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities- Contact inbound and outbound leads via telephone, email, and the messaging channel
- Introduce SUNHOME products and services to prospective customers
- Qualify customer requirements and eligibility
- Schedule appointments for Energy Consultants
- Confirm and manage appointment attendance
- Maintain accurate records within the company CRM system
- Follow up with customers who require additional information
- Support marketing campaigns and lead nurturing activities
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the engagement process
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Previous customer service, telesales, call centre or appointment-setting experience
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Interest in renewable energy or sustainability
- Full training will be provided.
- 80–120 outbound calls per day
- 15–25 meaningful customer conversations per day
- 4–8 qualified appointments booked per day
- 70%+ appointment attendance rate
- 20%+ appointment-to-sale conversion rate
- 95%+ CRM data accuracy and compliance
- 90%+ customer satisfaction score
Performance bonuses may be available based on achievement of agreed KPIs.
Working Arrangement- Office-based role located in Milton Keynes
- Monday to Friday
- Attendance at the office is required during scheduled working hours
