Milton Keynes (Hybrid Working)
£14.77 per hour (£28,801.50 equivilent annual salary)
Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Immediate Start – Monday 13th July

The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join a well-established organisation based in Central Milton Keynes.
This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right person. You'll be joining a supportive, friendly team where you'll receive full training and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What you'll be doing
Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
Delivering a professional and friendly customer experience
Resolving customer queries efficiently and accurately
Managing more complex enquiries with empathy and attention to detail
Maintaining accurate customer records across multiple systems
Working closely with colleagues to achieve the best outcome for customers
Following company procedures and compliance requirements
What we're looking for
Previous customer service experience is essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Confident using multiple IT systems
A positive, proactive and professional approach
Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
