Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Ayvens Flex operational and administrative tasks.
  • Maximise customer experience and product performance for Ayvens Flex interactions.
  • Work as a team member to cover all aspects of the Ayvens Flex team’s work as needed to promote and manage the product.
  • Respond to incoming bookings and requests for Ayvens Flex vehicles within the service level agreements.
  • Manage customer enquiries and queries to provide solutions within Ayvens Flex product boundaries, including in‑life incidents.
  • Handle customer credit applications, account set‑ups and payment set‑ups as required for Ayvens Flex.
  • Arrange vehicle collection in line with off‑hire SLAs.
  • Ensure correct booking details and quality standards for vehicle deliveries and customer interactions.
  • Support account managers and customer service teams as a product subject‑matter expert and provide ad‑hoc customer support.
  • Cover all aspects of fleet administration to support the performance of Ayvens Flex.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a rental operational environment.
  • Experience in a direct customer‑facing role.
  • Demonstrated track record of administration, customer service and fleet management, including fleet assessment.
  • Commercial and financial awareness.
  • Experience with analysis and reporting.
  • High levels of customer service and problem resolution.
  • Ability to work in a team environment while working independently.
  • Fluency in business English (written and verbal).
  • Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
