Ostara Systems Limited is seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Advisor to join our team in Milton Keynes, primarily working office hours from 11:30 to 20:30, including weekends. This position is vital as you will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring top-notch customer service.
We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer service and minimum educational qualifications of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths. A passion for problem-solving and effective communication skills are essential.
