Position: FinTech Customer Success Specialist (Hybrid)

Abound is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers through the loan journey and arrange suitable repayment plans. You will provide tailored support and maintain high service standards, working from our Milton Keynes office three days a week with two days remote.
