MSD Malaysia is seeking a Customer Success/Account Management professional to support dairy livestock technology solutions, onboarding customers and driving adoption of our products. You will become a product expert, guide customers through onboarding, and evaluate farm routines to optimize tech usage.
Travel to customer sites 50%+ is required; you will identify upsell opportunities and nurture relationships with farmers, veterinarians, and partners.
