Santander Consumer Finance in Milton Keynes is seeking a customer service advisor to respond to queries and complaints received by phone, email, live chat, or post, ensuring clear communication and GDPR compliance. You will investigate issues, document discussions, liaise with internal teams, and work to resolve cases within policy and service levels, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in our Milton Keynes / Newport Pagnell
