Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30
We are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to work at our reputable client’s dealership on an on‑going contractual basis. If you are a customer focused service advisor looking for a new opportunity get in touch. To be considered for this role you must have experience within the automotive sector.
Responsibilities- Booking in vehicles for services, repairs and maintenance
- Greeting and liaising with customers from start to finish
- Communicating with the workshop and parts team
- Upselling services and products
- Logging records and updating systems accurately
- Providing clear updates on repair times and vehicle progress
- Benefit from premium rates across the market.
- Various long-term contract opportunities throughout the UK.
- Flexible working when it comes to your hours and how far you will travel.
- Experienced consultants on hand to assist with any queries at all times.
