Ingram Micro is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager for its Cloud division in Milton Keynes. You will be the main contact for Ingram Micro Cloud offerings (Microsoft, Google and more) and drive retention, growth and recurring revenue.
Build strong customer relationships, develop proactive business plans for key accounts, and collaborate with sales, platform success and support teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Travel up to 25% is required.
