Customer Service Advisor

A leading manufacturer, supplying tools to a wide range of industries are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to play a key role in ensuring customers receive an outstanding service from order through to delivery. Working closely with Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing and Accounts, you'll help drive customer satisfaction and support business growth.

As the Customer Service Advisor you will:

• Manage customer orders received via email and web portals.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and providing effective solutions.
• Manage customer complaints through our internal systems, ensuring timely resolution.
• Work closely with colleagues across Customer Service, Sales, Logistics and Finance to resolve customer issues.
• Become knowledgeable about our products, promotions, pricing and new product launches.
• Support the Customer Service Manager with day-to-day activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and analyse customer, sales and service performance.
• Attend and support customer meetings, either independently or as a team.
