If you're someone who enjoys staying organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact. Working as part of a collaborative, high-performing team, you'll take ownership of key administrative processes, supporting customers, retailers and internal stakeholders while ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards our clients expect.

  • Preparing reports and interpreting customer data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Liaising with customers, retailers and internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Managing customer expectations and providing regular updates throughout the order process.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, industry regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes and contribute to operational excellence.

  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and build strong working relationships.
  • A desire to learn, adapt and continuously improve.
