JKS Mystery Shopping and Training Ltd are recruiting for mystery shoppers who will visit a variety of businesses and provide detailed feedback to help improve customer service. You’ll act as a regular customer, choosing from tasks across hospitality, retail and services.
Work can be from home for certain tasks such as calls, emails and online enquiries. Earnings vary by assignment and are paid per task, with rates aligned to the National Minimum Wage in the UK.
