Location: Central Milton Keynes
Working Arrangement: Fully office based
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £14.77 per hour (£28,801.50 per annum equivalent)
Contract: Long-term temporary, with potential to become permanent

IMMEDIATE START - MONDAY 19TH OCTOBER

• Previous customer service experience is essential

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join our client's successful team in Central Milton Keynes on a long-term temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent.

• Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times
• Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Managing more complex enquiries with empathy and attention to detail
• Updating customer records accurately
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive customer outcomes
• Following company policies, procedures and compliance requirements

• Previous customer service experience is essential, whether gained in retail, hospitality, a contact centre or another customer-facing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A positive, professional and customer-focused attitude
• Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Graduates are encouraged to apply, although a degree is not required
