Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer outcomes and resolving issues with care and professionalism? We're looking for a Customer Resolution Executives to join a busy customer operations team, managing customer complaints and ensuring fair, timely, and effective resolutions.

• Investigating and resolving customer complaints in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Managing your own caseload, ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the process.
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve the best customer outcomes.
• Handling complex and sensitive cases, including escalated and vulnerable customer complaints.
• Maintaining accurate records and identifying root causes to support continuous improvement.
• Producing high-quality written correspondence and customer communications.

• Previous experience in a complaints, customer resolutions, customer service, or case management role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good Microsoft Office skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with in financial services is advantageous but not essential.
