Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £33,000 basic per annum + competitive performance bonus scheme
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (
NO WEEKENDS

Role OverviewSeeking an enthusiastic Vehicle Service Advisor / Automotive Customer Specialist to join our front‑of‑house team. Acting as the key link between our valued clients and expert workshop technicians, you will handle daily service appointments, manage customer expectations, advise on required repairs/maintenance, and ensure seamless luxury service delivery.
Requirements- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Receptionist, or Customer Experience Specialist within a dealership environment.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering premium customer service.
- Solid understanding of routine vehicle maintenance, service plans, and workshop workflows.
- Excellent organizational skills and confidence with dealership DMS software.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Base: Swindon (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position located just minutes off Junction 15 or 16 of the M4 motorway, with rapid access via the A419 and A3102.
- Public Transport: Excellent local bus connections and straightforward access via Swindon mainline railway station.
- Commutable From: Chippenham, Marlborough, Cirencester, Faringdon, Royal Wootton Bassett, and Highworth.
