Dental clinical support assistant (Part-Time) Seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative & Clinical Support Assistant to support our dental clinician services, laboratory case management, and business operations.

• Monitor and manage emails
• Coordinate communication between dentists and lab team
• Onboard new clients and support relationship management
• Organise online presentations and conduct follow‑up communications
• Assist with treatment planning administration and letter writing
• Organise and schedule social media content creation and posting
• Generate invoices and manage billing
• Manage stock ordering and supplier invoices
• Coordinate delivery of lab cases and materials

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organised with attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Basic understanding of implant dentistry and dental workflows is preferred
• Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation software
• Previous dental, healthcare, treatment coordinator, or administrative experience preferred

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
