M  Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis.

• Available from Oct/Nov 2026.
• Notice periods are taken into account.
• Part time position, 3 days per week.
• Dentist required Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
• 9am-5.30pm working hours.
• Permanent Associate role (self-employed).
• Part of an independently owned dental group.

• Negotiable UDA target at £13 per UDA.
• 45% split on Private revenue.
• Dentist will inherit a stable list of patients.
• Typical earnings of £40,000-£70,000+ (based on 3 days per week).
• Dentist will benefit from internal marketing support to promote Private.
• Mixed NHS and Private working environment.

• 6 surgery dental practice.
• Clinical support from Hygienist.
• Practice provides General Dentistry, Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry and Invisalign.
• Fully computerised with Dentally.
• iTero Scanner, OPG, Intraoral Cameras, Digital X-Rays, Sectional Matrix and Rotary Endo.
