Associate Dentist

Associate Dentist Milton Keynes We are looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join an established dental practice based in Milton Keynes . The Role As an Associate Dentist, you will provide a broad range of general dental care while working as part of a collaborative clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing comprehensive general dentistry to a varied patient base Carrying out examinations, diagnoses and treatment planning Delivering preventative and restorative dental care Providing appropriate treatment options and explaining these clearly to patients Maintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical records Referring patients to appropriate specialists where required Working collaboratively with dental nurses, hygienists, therapists and other members of the clinical team Maintaining high standards of infection control and clinical governance Ensuring all treatment is delivered in line with current professional standards Supporting good patient retention and ongoing oral health Participating in practice meetings and continuing professional development Managing clinical time effectively and maintaining appropriate appointment standards Providing an excellent patient experience from consultation through to completion of treatment About You We're looking for a confident and patient-focused Associate Dentist who can work effectively within an established practice.

You should have: GDC registration and the appropriate right to practise in the UK Relevant experience working as a dentist in the UK Strong general dentistry experience Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities A professional and compassionate approach to patient care Good understanding of current clinical and regulatory requirements Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping Commitment to continuing professional development The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider clinical team
