We are seeking a talented and motivated RIBA Part II Architectural Assistant (with a minimum of three years’ UK post-qualification experience) to join our growing team. This is a long-term career opportunity within a supportive, design-led environment where you will gain hands-on experience across all stages of the architectural process and contribute directly to the future growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities- Assist on projects across all RIBA Plan of Work stages, from concept design through to construction and completion.
- Produce high-quality design work, technical drawings, and detailed construction information.
- Prepare and submit planning applications, liaising with local authorities and other consultants.
- Contribute to client presentations, design proposals, and reports.
- Support project delivery by coordinating with contractors, engineers, and consultants.
- Work collaboratively within a close-knit team, while being confident managing tasks independently.
- Play an active role in shaping the development and success of the practice.
- RIBA Part 2 qualified or equivalent with minimum 3 years’ UK experience post-qualification
. - Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
. You should also be skilled in Sketch Up and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). - Possess excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge, along with a sound understanding of UK Building Regulations.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under own initiative.
- Live within a commutable distance of Milton Keynes and hold a valid UK driving licence.
- Must be a UK resident or hold an appropriate work permit.
