The Highfield Company is seeking an experienced Tekla Team Lead to head up the drawing office and provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with design and detailing of complex bespoke metalwork projects.
You will lead a small team of designers and detailers, allocate workloads, mentor staff, and collaborate with engineers, architects and fabrication teams to deliver high-quality drawing packages for prestigious UK projects.
