Lead UI/UX design for enterprise and consumer products, from early discovery through polished, production-ready interfaces.
You’ll partner with engineering and client stakeholders from kickoff to launch, turning ambiguous problems into interfaces that are both usable and distinctive.
Responsibilities- Lead discovery workshops and translate requirements into flows and wireframes
- Design high-fidelity UI and maintain design systems across projects
- Prototype and usability-test key flows before handoff to engineering
- Partner with engineers through implementation to protect design intent
- 4+ years in product design, with a portfolio of shipped work
- Strong systems thinking: component libraries, tokens, and design ops
- Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Comfort presenting and defending design decisions to client stakeholders

An annual budget for courses, certifications, and conferences.
You'll build solutions that move the metrics clients are measured on.
