Technical Administrator
This role has the potential to go permanent. Part of a busy technical team, you will be involved in coordinating architectural, engineering and design information.
Main responsibilities- Coordinate architectural and engineering design information.
- Review residential development layouts and house designs.
- Manage external architectural consultants.
- Coordinate planning applications and Building Regulations.
- Oversee technical drawings and construction information.
- Liaise with NHBC, Building Control and other regulatory bodies.
- Support development projects from acquisition through construction.
- Previous Technical Coordinator experience with a volume house builder.
- Knowledge of residential development and construction.
- Understanding of CDM regulations.
- Strong technical coordination and communication skills.
