Role: SEND Teaching Assistant

What you’ll do: You’ll work closely with learners who have a range of additional needs, including Autism and Social Communication Difficulties, supporting their personal development and wellbeing. Strong behavioural management, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are key to success in this role.

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent experience in care or support work)
• Experience supporting individuals with Autism, social communication needs, or behavioural challenges
• Confident communication and a calm, compassionate approach
• Willingness to participate in activities such as swimming lessons (essential)
• A genuine passion for SEND and supporting others
