• Support pupils with a variety of special educational needs in engaging, creative lessons
• Build trusting relationships that help learners feel safe, supported, and confident
• Adapt activities to meet individual needs - and celebrate every achievement, big or small
• Work closely with teachers and professionals to create a positive, inclusive atmosphere
• Bring calm, patience, and a sense of fun to each day - because learning should feel joyful!

You don't need years of experience (though that's always welcome). What matters most is your:
