This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education, are highly organised, and want to gain experience in both teaching and administrative aspects of the educational sector.

- Provide tailored tutoring sessions to students based on their individual needs, ensuring that they achieve their academic goals.
- Design lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the Pal Tutors curriculum.
- Stay updated with current teaching methodologies and incorporate them into your sessions.
- Collaborate with parents and provide feedback on student progress.
- Handle scheduling and logistics for tutoring sessions, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Track student progress and maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist in managing Pal Tutors' social media presence, helping to share success stories and useful resources.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries, helping parents and students understand our offerings and guiding them through the registration process.
- Assist with other administrative duties as required, such as event planning, outreach efforts, and maintaining a well‑organised database of resources.
- Experience in tutoring, teaching, or educational administration is beneficial but not mandatory. Fresh graduates or those taking a gap year are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, manage schedules, and maintain detailed records.
- Strong ability to communicate and work collaboratively with students, parents, and other Pal Tutors team members.
- Aptitude for identifying challenges and crafting effective solutions in real‑time.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication.

- Flexibility to work during Milton Keynes school hours, and occasionally during after‑school hours for administrative duties.
