We are currently recruiting for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor to join a supportive and welcoming school. This exciting Milton Keynes‑based role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to play a vital part in the education of young people. You will cover lessons during teacher absences and lead small‑group interventions, helping pupils achieve their best.

• Supervise full classes during teacher absences
• Support students in small groups or one‑to‑one interventions
• Lead and manage a team of Assistant Teachers
• Assist with planning, resource development and lesson delivery
• Contribute to inclusion and behaviour strategies
• Help implement school policies on safeguarding, wellbeing, and academic achievement

• Experience working in an educational setting
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A proactive and resilient attitude
• HLTA status or willingness to work towards it
