You thrive in strategic roles, enjoy problem‑solving, and have the presence and credibility to inspire staff, students and families alike.
- A proven track record of leading high‑impact behaviour systems and contributing to whole‑school improvement.
- Strong understanding of behaviour data, with the ability to identify trends, direct interventions and evaluate their impact.
- Experience implementing consistent behaviour and rewards policies, including sanctions, reconciliation processes and reasonable adjustments.
- The ability to lead and develop pastoral teams, ensuring high‑quality follow‑up, communication and actions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with senior leaders, staff, parents, carers and external agencies.
- Confidence and presence to model Academy values and maintain high expectations for conduct across the school.
- Strategic thinking and the capacity to plan, review and refine behaviour interventions, support plans and inclusion strategies.
- A commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing and maintaining a safe, calm and disruption‑free learning environment.
- A passion for character education and the ability to promote the values of Respect, Responsibility, Resilience, Aspiration and Equality through daily practice.
- The professional integrity, resilience and determination to uphold a positive culture where all students can Dream, Believe and Succeed.
