Schools across Buckingham and the surrounding areas are looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to step into the classroom and support students across Key Stages 3 to 5. Whether you're aiming to gain experience before starting teacher training or already have classroom know-how, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference.

• Supervise whole classes during teacher absences, ensuring a calm and focused learning environment

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain student engagement

• Assist students with tasks and answer questions when needed

• Promote positive behaviour and manage classroom conduct according to school policies

• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress, where necessary

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting (preferred, not essential)

• QTS is not required, though classroom experience is desirable

• Confident communicator with strong classroom presence

• Flexible and comfortable working across different year groups and subjects

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)

• Able to provide a minimum of two years' employment references
