Are you a qualified Teacher with QTS looking for flexible supply work within a SEND setting? Whether you are an experienced SEND practitioner or an ECT looking to build confidence and experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining flexibility.
We are working on behalf of a welcoming and well‑resourced SEN school in Milton Keynes, seeking reliable and adaptable Supply SEND Teachers for an ASAP start.
This role is ideal for teachers who:- Hold QTS and have UK teaching experience
- Are passionate about inclusive education and supporting pupils with additional needs
- Want flexible supply work within a specialist SEN environment
- Are looking to gain SEND experience or already have experience in a school or care setting
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, supportive team
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to pupils with a range of SEND needs
- Adapt quickly to different classes and learning environments
- Support pupils with complex learning, emotional, or behavioural needs
- Create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure continuity of learning
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (essential)
- UK classroom teaching experience
- A flexible, calm, and empathetic approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND
- SEN experience is desirable but not essential – support and guidance provided
