The Role:

Create engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives and core learning goals

Design dynamic instructional materials tailored to meet the diverse needs of students

Use a range of teaching strategies to support different learning styles and academic abilities

Deliver high-quality lessons in grammar, vocabulary, and wider English language skills

Inspire a passion for literature and develop students’ appreciation of literary texts

Foster confident readers through discussion, debate, and collaborative learning

The Ideal Candidate :

QTS or proven experience teaching English at secondary level

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage learners

Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit a variety of learning needs

Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment

A genuine passion for English language and literature

Excellent organisational and classroom management skills
