SEN Teacher - Maternity Cover
Exciting opportunity for a SEN Teacher in Milton Keynes. Working with a specialist provision supporting children aged 3-11 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated needs.

- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every learner can succeed.
- Use a range of evidence-based strategies such as TEACCH, visual supports, and sensory approaches.
- Collaborate closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic pupil support.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the provision through reflection and teamwork.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
- Experience working with children with ASC or other additional needs.
- A nurturing, patient, and creative approach to teaching.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine commitment to helping every pupil achieve their potential.
