Secondary Teaching Assistant – Buckinghamshire
£12–£16 per hour | Long‑term via agency | Potential permanent role
Role Responsibilities- Support students across KS3 & KS4
- Provide 1:1 and small‑group learning support
- Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management
- Contribute to SEN support where needed
- Work closely with teaching staff to improve pupil outcomes
- Experience working with young people (school or similar environment)
- Confident supporting learning in a secondary setting
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- £12–£16 per hour (experience dependent)
- Long‑term placement with permanent potential
- Ongoing agency support
- Training and development opportunities
