This is a full-time position starting after Easter. The successful candidate will teach English and Drama across Key Stages 3-5, fostering creativity, confidence, and academic excellence in the classroom and beyond.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Delivers engaging and ambitious lessons in both English and Drama
  • Inspires a love of literature, performance, and creative expression
  • Contributes to productions, enrichment opportunities, and wider school life
  • Maintains high expectations for achievement and behaviour
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Drama, Acting, Performing Arts, English, or a related subject
  • PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience
  • Previous experience working with young people is essential
  • Experience with GCSE and/or A Level exam boards
  • Expertise in directing, musical theatre, or performance-based assessment is desirable
